Most basic shooting instruction does not support the techniques to survive attacks that begin at extremely close quarters, especially knife attacks. Complementing your firearms skills, this course focuses on learning how to protect yourself and create an opportunity to safely access your firearm while under attack. Trainees will learn to read the behavioral cues that indicate someone is carrying a knife and the physical cues that indicate they are accessing their knife. The course uses one simple concept/technique to create a moment of opportunity to safely access your pistol and neutralize your attacker so as not to exchange shots for stabs during chaotic and committed knife attacks, delivered in either forward or reverse hold.
We provide blue guns and Nok Knife Trainers for use at the seminar, and trainees receive a color course certificate.
